For Booking Appointments
Please review our terms and conditions below, related to the booking of our services.

1. Booking and Confirmation
By using our online booking system, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the notary services you are requesting. Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from PSA Signing Services LLC.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least two hours in advance. We understand that circumstances and/or needs change. As such, communication is key. You can cancel or reschedule by phone at 430.235.5654 or via email at psasigningservices@gmail.com.

3. Payment
Payment for notary services is due upon completion of the services rendered. We accept cash and most major credit cards. Because you are booking the services of a mobile notary, you understand that there could be a mobile/travel fee added to your total charge. We will always make this clear to you when confirming the appointment.

4. Document Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring that all documents requiring notarization are properly prepared and executed before the appointment. PSA Signing Services LLC is not responsible for the content or legality of the documents.

5. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that the notary service can be provided as scheduled.

6. No-Show Policy
Please do not fail to show for your confirmed appointment, without prior communication with us. Again, good communication is always appreciated.

7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Changes to Appointments
PSA Signing Services LLC reserves the right to make changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or canceling, due to unforeseen circumstances. As we do offer mobile notary services, mechanical and/or weather-related issues can occur. We will always make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and regularly communicate our status.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas.
