Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Online Booking 1. Booking and Confirmation By using our online booking system, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the notary services you are requesting. Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from PSA Signing Services LLC. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least two hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. You can cancel or reschedule by phone at 430.235.5654 or via email at psasigningservices@gmail.com. 3. Payment Payment for notary services is due upon completion of the service(s) rendered, as specified in the booking process. We accept cash and major credit cards. 4. Document Preparation You are responsible for ensuring that all documents requiring notarization are properly prepared and executed before the appointment. PSA Signing Services LLC is not responsible for the content or legality of the documents. 5. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that the notary service can be provided as scheduled. We will always do the same, in consideration of your time. Communication is always key. 6. No-Show Policy Please do not no-show for your appointment without any prior notice. We are, and will be, respectful of your time and just ask the same in return. 7. Privacy and Data Security Your personal information provided during the booking process is subject to our Privacy Policy. 8. Changes to Appointments PSA Signing Services LLC reserves the right to make changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or canceling, due to unforeseen circumstances. The nature of our offering is mobile service and circumstances can change based on mechanical issues, weather, unforeseen traffic, etc. We will always make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas. 10.
